To secure your appointment you will be asked for a £20 or £50 deposit depending on the treatment(s.)

Your appointment will not be guaranteed until the deposit is paid.

If you would like to change your appointment date or time, please notify us at least 48 hours before or you will lose your deposit, to secure another booking will need to pay another.

REFUND POLICY

We aim to manage our clients expectations realistically in terms of results across all of our treatments. We have a fantastic history of 5* reviews and great reputation alongside impressive before and after pictures.

However we understand some clients may not be completely satisfied and we promise to deal with this accordingly and in line with our refund policy.

  • We do not offer full refunds for any completed treatment or combination of treatments.
  • We cannot guarantee our aftercare advice has been followed once your treatment(s) is complete.
  • Results do vary from client to client and we cannot guarantee results due to lifestyle, health, exercise, skin care regime etc.
  • A partial refund or a different & suitable treatment may be negotiated at our managers discretion.
  • Reasons for partial refunds include but are not limited to; a course of treatments unable to be completed, the completed sessions cannot be refunded.
